Bring them to the Adult Department of Napoleon Public Library on Friday, February 5 at 2:30pm or Thursday, February 18 at 10:00am and trade your old grocery bags for new shiny reusable ones! But wait, there's more! We are also offering a class taught by Rachel Palmer from Napoleon Parks and Recreation on how to make sleeping mats out of your old plastic bags.
