Napoleon Public Library offers a proctoring service for the long distance learner. All exam information may be sent to:

We prefer an appointment be made by the student or professor so staff are prepared for the exam. Any expense incurred, such as faxing or copying, must be paid by the student at the time of service. Copies are $0.25 per page. Fax transmissions sent via long distance are $0.25 per page. There is no charge for local or toll-free fax transmissions. The student must show a photo ID before taking the exam.
All public computers shut down 15 minutes before closing time. Please arrive early enough to allow sufficient time to take exams. For further information, please call 419-592-2531 ext. 2 for the Adult Department.
